Dr Belinda Wagner

Director & Founder

Dr Belinda Wagner is a seasoned marketing strategist, business leader, and advocate for women’s empowerment, serving as a Director at Diamonds Women’s Network. With extensive expertise in digital marketing, leadership, branding, and crisis communication, she has led transformative initiatives through Wagner Consulting and Learning Edge. Belinda is also a respected educator, business coach, and facilitator at institutions such as Stellenbosch Business School, Wits Business School, and Johannesburg Business School. As the Founder of Living with Cancer SA, she is deeply committed to social impact, mentorship, and equipping women with the tools for success.

Olivia Wagner

Creative Director

Olivia Wagner is the Creative Director of Diamonds Women’s Network and the founder of Mint & Muse Graphic Design. With a BA in Film Arts specialising in 3D Animation, she brings a strong creative and digital lens to the team. An entrepreneur for the past 5 years, Olivia has worked across freelance and contract roles in graphic and web design, blending artistic vision with practical problem-solving. She holds a diploma in Equine Behaviour Science and is a passionate horse rider. Olivia spent a year in the USA gaining hands-on experience as a veterinary technician—an experience that showcases her independence, adaptability, and deep love for animals. She brings a fresh generational voice, creative insight, and digital innovation to the network’s leadership team.

Kery Hamman

Director of Chapter in Ireland & Director

Kery is a Chartered Accountant and accomplished facilitator with over 25 years of experience across diverse sectors, particularly in financial services. She specialises in enhancing financial acumen among non-finance professionals and is deeply engaged in sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) practices. As a Time to Think Coach, she supports leaders in developing clarity, confidence, and forward-thinking strategies. Kery is passionate about equipping others with the tools to lead ethically and effectively. Her ability to translate complex financial concepts into practical insights makes her an invaluable asset to teams and organisations striving for sustainable success.

Gail Townsend

Events Lead

Gail is the founder of Zenz Recruitment, a specialised agency providing professional staffing for the beauty, aesthetic, nail and hair industry. Leveraging her “insider’s perspective” as a former industry product trainer and representative, she works towards identifying a synergy between employer and employee. Operating from Cape Town, Johannesburg, her services extend nationally and internationally covering permanent, part time and contract placements. Gail implement a rigorous screening process – to ensure candidates and skilled and a cultural fit. Her mission is deliver qualified talent from therapist to managers, saving clients time and allowing businesses to focus on growth.

Lara Brest

Finance Lead

Lara Brest oversees the day to day financial management of Diamonds Women’s Network, ensuring accuracy, compliance and operational clarity. She brings a disciplined, detail driven approach to bookkeeping and financial administration, supporting the organisation with reliable systems and up to date records. Lara is known for her consistency, efficiency and strong sense of accountability. She works closely with leadership to keep financial processes streamlined, transparent and well managed, enabling the organisation to operate with confidence and focus on impact.

Madison Wagner

Social Media and Events Co-ordinator

Madison is a first year Bachelor of Arts student studying Interior Design, with a growing passion for the intersection of technology and creative design. She is particularly interested in how digital tools and emerging technologies can enhance design processes and visual storytelling. Alongside her studies, Madison works with Olivia, supporting the social media and digital content requirements for her design business. Through this experience she assists with content planning, visual coordination, and maintaining an engaging online presence. Madison enjoys learning through hands on involvement in creative projects and is developing her skills across design, digital platforms, and visual communication as she builds her future career.

Anitha Ramdas

Director

Anitha is an experienced finance professional and co-founder of Active Accounting Solutions. With a background in banking and retail, she specialises in accounting, tax compliance, and business advisory services for small businesses. Her career spans over 30 years, including roles at ABSA and Standard Bank. Anitha is passionate about empowering women entrepreneurs with financial literacy and practical tools to grow sustainable businesses. Through the Diamonds Women’s Network, she shares her expertise to uplift others and foster confident, compliant, and capable leadership in women-led enterprises.

She has led events, marketing launches, and projects for diverse groups, and thrives both independently and in teams. Having managed her own business and worked in real estate, Lisa values partnerships, deadlines, and confidentiality. Her commitment to client care and attention to detail underpin her success across industries.
