The NEXT Programme combines micro-learning, group coaching, peer learning circles and on-demand digital learning to support the growth of women entrepreneurs. As part of the NEXT Programme, participants gain access to the Tomorrow’s Compass Future Readiness Assessment, a behavioural science-based tool designed to help women entrepreneurs understand their strengths, identify growth opportunities, and develop the skills needed for future success.
